Bert is an inanimate vanilla ice cream cone from Kin Tin Plays.
Bert comes from a Kin Tin Plays HappyKids episode where Kyle & Kin Tin are making a drive-thru fast food restaurant. RoRo comes to order and the two are worried because the water and soda in RoRos’ order are burnt. However, RoRo overhears them and askes them about it, so they get a ice cream cone and lie that they were “talking about their new customer, Burt”. They introduce the cone and RoRo asks why he doesn’t talk, and they say he is “cold”.
Burt may seem like just a bunch of cold milk in a wafer cone, but he does (somehow) have a personality. Because Kyle describes him as cold, he is likely an introvert.
